E3 Federal Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Program Management Office (PMO) providing facilities, infrastructure, and related support services to CBP and DHS. The PMO manages real property, engineering, acquisition and environmental oversight for buildings and structures nation-wide.
The successful candidate will oversee the execution of single or multiple task orders, to include the following regular work responsibilities:
Manage the budget, schedule and requirements of multiple concurrent projects. Liaise between project managers, other governmental entities, upper management and international organizations.
Support project planning, production, quality control, financials, and staff direction and oversight, and provide deliverables under the task order
Provide management of client interface at the COTR level
Assist the Portfolio Manager as required in managing contract performance
Interface regularly with stakeholders, Project Managers, and other U.S. Government agencies and components
Manage the budget, schedule and requirements of multiple and concurrent projects.
Develop scopes of work and project requirement packages for new projects in the portfolio
Work with stakeholders to determine the requirements of the project and liaise with the technical experts who develop project strategy/solutions (engineering, environmental, real estate, and cost estimates) for these requirements.
Assist government stakeholders to create and manage the budgets and schedules and prioritization of current and future year construction project plans for the program
Resolve urgent, time sensitive or unforeseen issues that arise in projects related to funding, project coordination and construction issues
Coordinate with government stakeholders on traveling to other sites, interface with other locations PMs, and manage trip schedules for support team
Chair meetings and working groups as required
Develop and deliver weekly status reports and other ad hoc reports
Travel will be required, sometimes on short notice, up to 40% of the time
BA/BS degree is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS CBP Suitability clearance
A minimum of 8years of actual direct management experience required for teams of 10 or more
Possess proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level officials and technical experts
Ability to conduct analytic assessments of work plans and progress reports and identify strengths and weaknesses
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word
Experience working in a fast-based, analytical environment
Experience with project management, scheduling, and risk management/mitigation
US Citizenship required
Current Department of Defense Security Clearance
Completed CBP Background Investigation
DHS experience DHS Project Manager Level I & II Certification/or PMP
