Aerotek Heavy Equipment Operator in HUNTINGTON, Indiana

This member of the crew is going to be the heavy equipment operator. This person must be able to run a GPS Dozer and operate other equipment. This individuals primary role will be to operate equipment, but if needed they will help out in the trenches, setting grade, checking grade, laying pipe, and installing sanitary sewer lines, waterlines, and storm sewer lines. This individual will work with lasers to measure and set the grade. They will use sand and other materials to level the piping.

This individual will be working out doors and exposed to the elements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ Years Experience operating Heavy Equipment

  • Lead a crew of 2 or more

  • Exposure to foundations

  • Experience with sidewalks, setting grade, and can teach it to others

  • Experience doing site work
