Role SummaryThe Sewer Install Apprentice is responsible for providing physical labor in support of the Project Lead to ensure each project is completed with quality in a safe and timely manner. The Sewer Install Apprentice works diligently to keep the project running smoothly and profitably with a positive attitude and a desire to learn the trade.
Assist with the following tasks when required: water service; spot repairs; pipe burst; trench and excavate; grade, seed, and straw (GSS); and pour and finish concrete.
Arrive at the Dig Lot on time every day to receive direction and prepare truck and material.
Maintain company equipment and vehicles and follow repair process when needed.
Maintain truck inventory.
Available to arrive early and/or stay late when workload requires in varying weather conditions.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Obtained or working toward Plumbing License
Scheduled/working toward Service System Certificate
Maintain a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Working toward CDL Class A, OSHA Outdoor, and DOT Certifications
Stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and walk at various intervals
